Gordan opened his first restaurant at royal hospital road, Chelsea, in 1998. he became the first Scotsman to win three Michelin stars, and this award is given for extraordinary quality and exceptional cuisine. There are only three other chiefs who have been awarded these Michelin stars. Also, Ramsay has won three Catey awards, as newcomer of the year 1995, and chief of the year 2000. in addition to this, Ramsay is in a partnership with his father in law Chris Hudson, in Gordon Ramsay holdings limited. This holding company took over three English pubs and converted them into restaurants/bars. Earlier Ramsay was a culinary consultant for Singapore Airlines and many other catering companies

Ramsay is a popular tv star starring first in documentaries, appearing first in documentaries’ boiling point” and “beyond the boiling point.” he also appeared on “faking it,” helping a future chef to learn the trade. Gordan Ramsay started working on two British television shows in 2004, namely “Ramsay’s kitchen nightmares” and “hell’s kitchen.” he also appears on U.S version of both programs as well as master chef, a competition between amateur chefs.

Gordon Ramsay was born in Johnstone, Renfrewshire, Scotland, and grew up in Stratford upon Avon. Ramsay has one brother named Ronnie and a sister, Yvonne. Ramsay played football for Warwickshire at the age of 12; however, he suffered many injuries. He trained with and played for rangers till he suffered an uncurable knee injury. Ramsay studied his hotel management in north Oxfordshire technical college. He married Cayetano (tana) Elizabeth Hutcheson in 1996, and they have four children, Megan (1998), twins, jack and holly (2000), and Matilda (2002).

Ramsay launched a show called hotel hell along with his three ongoing shows on top of his three current shows on fox, hell’s kitchen, kitchen nightmares, and a master chef in 2012. Gordan Ramsay in ‘Hotel Hell’ goes around hotels, motels, resorts, and beds and breakfasts to help them with their restaurants together with other aspects of their business. His show hotel hell ran through 2016.
